My background combines film production, technical responsibility in the video-on-demand industry and leadership of the Medienkompetenzzentrum Berlin Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf. I know the different roles within a production and understand how closely creative and organisational decisions are connected.
Further training in agile project management, Scrum Master and Product Owner complements this practical experience.

Digital media
Working as a technical manager in video on demand added digital workflows and technical requirements to my production experience.

Live events & broadcasts
I develop concepts for complete stage shows and live broadcasts and write their presenter scripts. My work also includes events, media projects and street festivals, from planning and budgeting to team and partner coordination and delivery on site. One example is the Schulterblick children's and youth film festival, which I founded and directed, together with its accompanying live broadcast.
